1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MallowBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
MallowBot is a platform for creating, deploying, and managing AI-powered bots on Telegram and Discord. We provide the infrastructure, AI capabilities, and integrations. You provide the bot configuration and third-party credentials.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bots you create and the content they generate.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MallowBot to:
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Spam, harass, or impersonate others
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Usage Limits & Plans
Each plan has defined limits on daily messages, number of bots, and features. If you exceed your plan limits, your bots may be temporarily throttled until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
6. Third-Party Services
MallowBot integrates with third-party services (Google, GitHub, Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your bot configurations, custom prompts, and content. MallowBot retains ownership of the platform, code, and infrastructure. Bot templates in the marketplace may have their own licensing terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
MallowBot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
